Oestrogen and testosterone

Hi

I recently had day 3 blood tests showing my testosterone was high and out of normal range, and my oestrogen was within normal but the low end of normal (133).

I have a GP appt soon and I'm just trying to figure out what I need to be chatting with them about.

I have a lot of peri symptoms, I'm 38, but my bloods indicate PCOS (SHBG out range low too).

From what I understand the testosterone is dominant so does that mean I'd possibly lower that and raise my oestrogen on some sort of hormone replacement?

Or do I try and lower the testosterone/raise the SHBG naturally e.g diet/exercise.

I'm also wondering if I should ask for a day 21 test to see what my progesterone levels are?

If it is PCOS then I don't think it ties in with my symptoms so much.

I am totally fed up of feeling out of sorts!
