Brain fog

Sortmylifeout52 · 30/09/2023 12:16

I'm on the 100 patch with a mirena.

Brain fog isn't lifting. I can't remember basic things at times, but the worst is driving. Can't remember what I'm doing, how to do manoeuvres etc. It's awful. I also feel anxiety is rearing it's head again.

Not sure what to do.
I hate the gel and spray too weak.

Any thoughts?
Magnesium glycinate?
Testosterone?

Thanks.

Magnesium L-Threonate. It’s wonderful.

Sortmylifeout52 · 30/09/2023 12:45

What does it do?
Where do you purchase? Amazon?

Yes, Amazon.

But if anxiety is increasing again too, you might need to increase your oestrogen

Sortmylifeout52 · 30/09/2023 12:46

Can you post a link to the one you take? There are many.

No sorry, can’t do links, but mine has 2000mg in 4 tablets, but I only take 2 now as I feel much better

Sortmylifeout52 · 30/09/2023 12:51

Oh crikey, I'm already on 100 patch. I didn't want to go above that and west two patches.

I wonder if the patch and a blob of gel might work?

I just buy magnesium from the shops and it has sorted my brain fog. If I ever need more effect I will get the proper stuff. It’s been life changing for me
