No withdrawal bleed this month

I have been taking HRT for 16 months - Everol 75 patches and 200mg Utrogestan on days 1 to 14 of the month

This month I have had no withdrawal bleed.

Has anyone else experienced this? Have a general doc appointment on 17th Oct - should I try to see someone before that?

As an aside, what determines when I should move to sequential HRT?

Been on HRT for 12 months and have missed a withdrawal bleed a couple of times. On gel and 12 days utrogestan. My bleeds can be unpredictable (the always were though). I can bleed whilst still taking the utrogestan, three days later, ten days later. Not sure whether this is normal but have read not all women do bleed on this regime?

This is like me. It is very unpredictable but I haven't ever not had a bleed at all
