Can anyone please help , I'm confused about what I should take.
I have been Evorel sequi for 7 years , and I'm 52. I haven't had a period for all that time .
I don't really get on with Northisterone , which is why I've stayed on the sequi patches for years despite not having periods , I've always been a bit sensitive to progesterone . So i have only had 2 weeks out of every month with the northisterone . Mainly because of this, I wanted to try the Gel & Utrogestran combination , and I have been prescribed 100 mg every night .
My HRT nurse was very vague if I could try it for half the month as I know is suggested on some threads I have read .
Is it ok to do this ? Will I start having a period ?
I'm worried by reading some of the experiences of people taking Utragestran but equally feel much more depressed and tired when taking the patch .
