Second full cycle on HRT (cyclical progesterone, Estrogel). My period started about 3 days after stopping the progesterone. Day 1 & 2 of period I am absolutely floored! Not super heavy but sooooo dizzy, weak, faint?! I'll take this over the PMDD I had pre HRT, luckily I work from home - but WOW! Anyone else in the same boat? I'm 42, diagnosed with early perimenopause and PMDD.
