Missing two days of HRT?

I'm on two pumps of oestrogel each morning, and two utrogestan tablets each evening for two weeks out of four.
I've come away for one night and forgotten to bring both with me.
I will miss the utrogestan tablets tonight, which should have been the third night in the two weeks, and then I will miss the gel pumps tomorrow morning, but will be back late tomorrow night.
Will anything happen? Am I overthinking?
It took me ages to get a HRT prescription and felt transformed since I've been on it.

I only use the gel and have missed it more than once. No ill effects

I'm hoping that missing a night of the tablets doesn't mess my cycle up. Since I started HRT I've actually had a regular cycle for the first time in my life!

I’ve missed a dose of oestrogen on more than occasion with no ill effects. Missing one dose of Utrogestan a couple of months ago did mess up my cycle and despite trying to ‘reset’ it , it’s not back to normal. I’ve never missed both on the same day though.
