I had some delivered yesterday and wondering if there's a specific time in ur cycle that you use them? I've had perimenopause symptoms for months, insomnia, terrible itchy skin, itchy ears? Terrible mood swings and I last had a period on the 23rd of July, nothing since but I've had period pains for 5 days! Any advice appreciated.

I have a health check booked for the 12th of September where I'm hoping they'll do a lord test. I've bought 'health and her' supplements and been on them 2 weeks but no change.

Hi, I bought these too before I had my bloods done at the GP's, I think the consensus is that FSH isn't definitive, that it can vary a lot, but the first one I did was negative, the second I did a week later was positive (showing raised levels, I mean). The next day I had a blood test at the doctor's and my FSH came back very high, post menopausal according to him! Your appt is only a week away and hopefully they will take bloods to test for this, an oestrogen test too would be helpful. If you're not having a proper cycle, it's impossible to tell when you should take it. Just do them a couple of weeks apart. If you are over 45 they are supposed to use the NICE guidelines for diagnosis of perimenopause, not blood tests, but it can be a useful indication.
