Not normal but satisfactory result for peri?

Does anybody know what it means? My friend who is 9 years older than me (in her 40's) we were having a discussion about the menopause and she said when she got her result it was satisfactory. She was told no further action but still had symptoms so she didn't go back to gp and suffers with it.

If your friend is over 45 blood tests are not appropriate for assessing perimenopause/menopause. Symptoms only. NICE guidelines.
