Help converting patch dose to spray

I’ve been on 100mcg patches or gel depending on what product is available.

I’ve now been prescribed Lizetto spray as there are no patches in stock in our local area.

picked it up at the weekend, with a dose of 1 spray a day which seems very little.

I have looked on line to try and work out what the equivalent dose is but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer.

can any one help?

According to this from the British Menopause Society, two sprays of Lenzetto is equivalent to a 50mcg patch.

Lenzetto is relatively low dose. I was on 6-7 sprays and didn't absorb and now on 100 patch and much better. You need 3 sprays for 100 patch.
