HRT & bleeding

Am on Everol 75 and 14 day progesterone

Somehow forgot to apply a patch, so was without one for 3.5 days!

I start taking the progesterone on the eve 1st of the month and realised there was no patch on the morning of 2nd.

Today (3rd) I have very light bleeding.

Any theories why? Will make a doc appointment

I doubt you need to see a dr.
Missing some estrogen often causes a bleed or spotting.
I'd just carry on as you are but see your dr if it happens more than once.
