If Evorel Sequi 50 doesn’t work…

I’ve been using Evorel Sequi patches for 6 weeks now, but there’s been no discernible difference - I’m still anxious and brain foggy and still have low mood.

I was hoping for at least some improvement in these symptoms having read so much about people having dramatic results from HRT. In hindsight maybe I shouldn’t have put so much faith in anecdotal experiences.

I need to be on HRT due to family history of osteoporosis but is there another better option if Evorel hasn’t worked for me? Is it worth upping the dosage? I need to have transdermal HRT due to blood clot risk.

Yes increase the dose. I raised mine from 50-75 after 6 weeks.

And then from 75-100 after 12 weeks.

And all the vaso motor symptoms have gone. Plus I'm more emotionally stable, although there was a lot going on for me with the progesterone.
