Evorel 25 patch - placement?

Hi, have just been prescribed Evorel 25 patches for perimenopause symptoms. My GP said the best place to put it on is the upper arm but the instructions say stomach, thighs or bottom, just wondered if anyone had any advice or experience re this?

Thanks Smile

It should be below as per pack instructions. Your GP is clueless. Best on the bum!

I have mine on my hip.
Best to put them on before going in the shower I find. If you put them on afterwards when your skin is warm they won’t stick for long.
Don’t put body lotion near the area.
You will end up with black squares where they’ve been. A good scrub with a rough flannel gets them off.

Mine are on my bottom, instructions say below the waist, so your doctor is clueless!

Steer clear of lotions, talc and anything similar or they will come off. You'll get a sticky outline of the patch when you take them off, I remove with baby oil on a cotton pad before showering.
