Does anyone 2mg take oestrogen tablets, instead of transdermal?

Im struggling with transdermal, just not absorbing properly I don't think. I've tried the patches, gel and spray.

I also tried femeston conti 1/5 briefly last year, but it wasn't enough oestrogen unfortunately.

Five years post menopause and really struggling with striking a balance, still!

I have a coil in for progesterone for now.

There is a trend to move women away from tablet form because of the blood clotting risks.

Yes I've tried all the transdermal preparations and never feel great on any of them.

I've been on the 75, then 100 patch for months at a time, but feel wretched. Same with gel before that.

Currently have acute PMS right now and I'm 5 years post menopause.

Coil was fitted last May, due to continual post menopausal bleeding.

All was well for a good year or so, now bang, I feel wretched again.
Irritable, crampy, sore, low libido and so on. There's never any consistency @JinglingSpringbells Whenever I think things are back on track.. boom.. wrong!

Really don't know what to do.

I would like the coil out, but cannot even get that done simply.
