How to stop the night wakings!

I have started waking up twice a night which I assume is peri related. Why am I doing this and how can I stop it? Is it to do with a weak pelvic floor? ( though I do try to avoid going to the loo on the second waking if I can - I don't want to train myself to need two wees a night). I have work and young kids and I just can't be doing with a second night waking ( I always wake up once a night anyway).

Any tips?

I had this and started using topical oestrogen vaginally and HRT and I can now go all night.

I used to be up three times a night for a wee.

Thanks. I am on HRT and have just got some topical oestrogen too, so I will see if that helps.

Try eating less refined sugar. That may make a difference to your bladder.

That's interesting. I don't think I eat much refined sugar anymore though.
