New peri symptom UNLOCKED!!

Have just achieved level 50 of peri-adventures: a bright red burning face. Like a hot flush but a special version that turns your head into a big red beacon. Yay.

What level is randomly itchy skin?

Itchy skin is a symptom? Like scratching your face off itchy despite antihistamines? 😯

Itchy skin all over level 49 I reckon- flaming red face with sweat dripping into your eyes and making your fringe soaking wet so then curly whilst in a meeting level 50 for sure. Peri sucks! I think I have achieved level 51 though - have stopped bleeding after 4 years of two weeks on and two off! Woo hoo! no bleeding for 5 whole weeks. Well for now anyway- solidarity to all.

Oh and just to give a wee bit of hope my crushing anxiety has lifted. Not bragging but I have never had anxiety in my life pre peri - it's just how I am - lucky I know- but I seem to have my self back - I'm 52.
