Hrt high amounts

Hi hoping someone out there has any information as I can’t find anything on Google. I got put into earky menopause due to cancer treatment in 2020 at the age of 41 and since then I have been on evorel patches and utrogeston. For the last year I have been on 200 micrograms of evorel patches twice a week which is quite a high dose (2 x 100 patches) but I am still getting my menopause symptoms. Is anyone out there on a higher amount than this as I think they will put me up even further but looking online there is nothing about being on this high a dose.

Hi there. I am on a higher dose the same patch as you and then lenzetto spay x2 per day. Still have awful night sweats and hot flushes. Waiting for blood results then depending on results then either the coil or adding testosterone.
