Do you think it might help if you changed to a regime with less 'admin'? I have a Mirena coil for continuous progesterone, and can therefore have continuous oestrogen with no changes to my routine. When I used patches I marked the changeover days on the box and in my phone calendar. I now use the gel, it's the same routine every morning.

Another thing is are you taking enough oestrogen? It can take a while to find the correct level.

And testosterone. Not routinely prescribed in the the UK. My GP won't even consider it for me, but has referred me to a menopause clinic.

patches? You only have to change them twice a week. I'm most reliable at taking medication if I keep it next to my toothbrush and it becomes part of my morning / evening routine of teeth brushing.
