I'm 53 and more than 2 years post menopause.
Not on HRT.
Am experiencing swollen and really sore, sensitive boobs over last few days. Bit of a shock as used to experience this before every period and it wasn't pleasant. They're really uncomfortable.
Is this normal? Anyone else had this?
It just reminds me of how glad I am to be post-menopausal...
