Hi All

I am on Evorel 25 and take utrogesten on days 15-28 for the last 9 months. I haven't had a period for 3 months and have also gained nearly 1 stone in weight that has coincided with the 3 months since I last had a period. I am wondering if upping my Evorel dose will bring my periods back, reduce my bloating and also help with the weight gain? Obvs will check with GP before I do it but dont want to waste their time if the weight gain and periods stopping is co-incidental....anyone had experience of this or done this?

They all claim that HRT makes you lose weight but for some people that is just not true. After two months, I had gained over 2 stone, despite intermittent fasting often of 40 hours and walking for two hours per day. My breasts were huge and painful like pregnancy.

I maintained my normal weight on HRT until I halved the dose, then piled on a stone. I can't speak for others though
