Bleeding on mirena and periody feeling and tiredness

I'm getting patchy bleeding a year after Mirena put in, on Oestrogel too. I'm 54 and if I'm not in menopause I must be very near!

Got an endometrial biopsy coming up,

But has anyone had this periody feeling on Mirena?

I have it but it's only been in for 5 weeks so I was expecting it for a few months.

Can you use more oestrogen and do you have testosterone? I started on the latter this week and even if it's a placebo I'm sure I feel brighter.
