Mirena and taking progesterone tablets

Hi, is anyone on HRT patches and also has a mirena but is taking progesterone tablets too? To help control bleeding?
I'm on everol 75 and had a coil fitted 4 months ago to control bleeding. It's helped a lot but not fully. Just wondering if it can be topped up with utrogestan tablets.
Thank you.

It's probably not a great idea to mix different progestogens, and they do suggest it can take 6 months for combined hrt to settle down.

Your other option is to reduce your patch to 50 or 37 as bleeding is often directly related to the dose of estrogen.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I'll cross that off the list then. I did think about lowering the dose but when I tried last year menopause symptoms increased. It's just finding a balance. The coil could still be settling in too.
