Hi, just looking for a bit of advice. I know everyone’s different but just wondered if what I’m experiencing is normal.
I started using Evorel sequi two weeks ago - so have had 2 weeks of the 50 patches and moving onto the Conti patches today.
Im a bit worried it’s had absolutely no positive effect whatsoever, in fact I’ve been really irritable. I know it can take a while for the effects of HRT to kick in but I’ve read about people seeing a change with Evorel really quickly. Just wondering if some don’t? I’m concerned my ‘perimenopause’ symptoms (brain fog, concentration problems, anxiety) aren’t perimenopause at all, but just me.
