Hi - I just wondered if anyone had taken Happy Mammoth supplements and if so, are you happy with them? Thanks. In particular I'm worried about my bloated stomach, no amount of exercise or dietary change seems to have reduced it, and this does seem to have good reviews ... but it's an expensive experiment.

Forget to say; I'm 52, perimenopausal, not had chance to chat to my GP yet but wanted to explore herbal supplements where possible first.

hi, i’ve been using FEEL and i’ve felt better on them, still going hot & cold, but not as often or severe. i’ve seen the ad also for Happy Mammoth as my cravings haven’t really stopped on FEEL, possibly improved 😏i’ve put a tonne of weight on and i’m desperate to loose some as i don’t feel like me.
would also love to know more about Happy Mammoth as it’s expensive and the webpage to my knowledge doesn’t even tell you how long the bottle should last for.

Hi. I was looking into Happy Mammoth for reviews and came across this thread. I thought posting some information might help with questions about weight loss and menopause. Here are the things that worked for me. I am on the Biote Pellet to regulate my hormones. It has been a game changer especially since my hot flashes came directly from Hell. My insomnia was awful and my energy level was particularly zero. You can find a provider near you on their website - biote.com. With weight loss, I use an App called CYP PRO. I don't want anything fancy. I just want to know when to eat and how much to eat. It worked for me. I get to pick my foods so I actually like my diet. You can get the link to that app on their website - cypapp.com. Hope everyone on this thread is doing well. Have a great weekend :)
