Regular PMS but no period?

Long story short, I'm 53 but can't take HRT for health reasons because I take Tamoxifen. I'm getting longer breaks between periods (last one was roughly 10 weeks ago). But despite not getting a bleed I'm still regularly getting very severe PMS which can last around 10 days. It makes me feel totally flat and apathetic, like there's no point to anything. During those days I don't live, I just exist. I'm already on 100mg of sertraline a day which has been excellent at improving my sleep and controlling the night sweats, so that base is covered. I don't know what else to do.

Did anyone else get this and did the PMS finally disappear when you'd gone 12 months without a period?
