Should I use estriol cream more than twice a week

Hi ladies, been using estriol cream for about 2 months, started on every night for 2 weeks then twice a, but the last few days stating to feel sore again, just wondering if I should ues it more than twice a week .

I've seen a urologist and others say to use as needed. Are you also on systemic HRT?

I use it every day.
