Bloating and sore boobs

Been on HRT a few yrs and had to up the oestrogel to 4 pumps in the last yr.
All really good and keeping slim through exercise and giving up booze.
Recently given provera progesterone as utrogestan out of stock.
Mentally I feel better however this week I've bloated and developed bigger sore boobs.
I tried to reduce oestrogel a bit as I thought oestrogen dominance caused bigger breasts.
Help.

My breast swelling has always come from progesterone.

I got very sore swollen breasts the week before my periods for years.

So I'd say it's more likely to be the progesterone.

I didn't take the pill last night and feel less sore tbh.
