When is time to start Conti?

Hi, been on HRT since July 2020 (started with tablets due shortages then switched to patches in 2021). As I was 48 the GP said I needed sequential therapy, although I suspect I'd been menopausal for two years prior to that and was pretty low. On Sequi for two years.

I have very little bleeding now, and what I do have is erratic. Noticed in last couple of months that the symptoms are breaking through, esp flushes, which makes me wonder given that we're having such a poor summer. Sleep problems also increasing, lot of dreaming etc. And have had cystitis-like symptoms for a week.

I am now 51, zero libido, feel very unmotivated, no confidence, I just feel bleak really. I read from a couple of posts on this forum that the body can convert any free testosterone into oestrogen if it's struggling, so could this explain things? Am I just not getting enough oestrogen? I haven't dealt with my GP in a couple of years, he just reissues the script, but should I ask him for Conti at this point? And testosterone as well? (can just imagine how that will go down). Please advise, I really do feel like crap right now.
