Driving me crackers! It’s not just intimate itching either. Last night my left toes were itching like crazy! Anyone else suffer with this & is there a solution?

Lashings of E45 itch cream and antihistamines. My legs used to drive me to tears with the amount they itched, I would scratch them until I drew blood. I now have my legs waxed and they don't itch anymore, but now my under arms itch but not all the time. Might be worth checking with your GP.

Itchy Down There? Have you tried oestrogen cream? It’s one of the symptoms of vaginal atrophy.

Aloe vera gel - was recommended to me by my menopause clinic. Wonderful stuff! I ordered it from Amazon.

I use Vagisil which seems to work for now. I only get it at night.

I also itch under my arms but haven't found anything for that.

Yep. A strip of skin on the bottom of my foot for a while. Was so annoying and worse at night. Only thing that helped me was increasing my oestrogen dose.
Also the intimate itching.. vagifem and an intimate moisturiser from the supermarket.

I use a sensitive lube, I have prescription medication can't remove name and lorradatine works better. I was told avoid e45 and now use aveno. I shower in sanex but the best thing for me is bamboo bedding
Its expensive but it seems to of calmed it down. Are you on hrt?
