Been using gel and progesterone but just changed onto Femoston Conti as dr said it will help with anxiety and it's an exact dose rather than gel. Only on day 2 but got very fuzzy head, had weird dreams last night ... Anyone else taking it and how long should it take to settle down?

I took it last year. It wasn't enough oestrogen for me and I had to stop. My VA was bad, despite using vagifem and Ovestin. It contains a gentle progesterone but a small dose of oestrogen.

Give it the 3 months i would.
