Does anyone take a good CBD oil for menopause, instead of HRT?

Recommendations if you have one please?

CBD oil doesn’t offer the bone protection that HRT does or prevent hair thinning, incontinence, reduce the risk of heart disease and possibly Alzheimer’s among other things. It’s also pretty much snake oil. Even expensive high street brands have been tested and found not to contain what they advertise they do.

No, why would you? It doesn't replace the hormones I am lacking?

I'm actually struggling with hrt right now. I have a fibroid and severe abdominal pain, which appears to worsen with hormones. I'm currently awaiting an ultrasound, to see what's going on.

So @Chewbecca, I get your point, thanks. But hormones are causing me bother now, along with the symptoms!!
