Not sure if these are side effects

I started HRT just under a month ago - the oestrogen gel daily and progesterone day 14-28. It's been a very short time, but overall, I feel like an entirely new woman and I am very pleased. But I've got a few smaller things happening and I'm wondering if they're side effects:

  1. Headaches in the evening. Not every evening, but sometimes. the sort of headache I'd normally get if I necked too much wine while making and eating dinner, but I'm getting them (mildly) even if I haven't had any wine. I almost feel like I need to drink more water while on HRT to compensate? Is that right?
  1. Weird tiredness. One of my key symptoms driving the decision to go on HRT was my poor sleep. And certainly, it's been revolutionised. I'm sleeping fairly well for the first time in years and it's amazing. But, sometimes, even though I've slept well, it's almost like I'm still tired. Last night, I slept 7 hours straight, then another 2 hours and STILL struggled to get up and right now I'm feeling snoozy and lethargic. I have to take DS somewhere about 35 minutes away on the motorway and I honestly am not entirely certain I am safe to drive.

Those are the two main ones.

is this normal? Any suggestions?

I've found drowsiness as a side effect of the progesterone to the point of feeling dangerous driving in the morning. Like you I'm a solid sleeper of 7hrs minimum. I use utrogestan 200mg vaginally which is supposed to lessen the side effects.
