I’m falling out with my husband as I’m managing my menopause symptoms fine but have no wish for an intimate relationship anymore and he wants me to go on HRT to help but I don’t think I should just so that he can have sex. Am I being unreasonable or is he?

It's up to you if you want to go on HRT for intimacy reasons. But you should consider it for your heart and bone health.

It’s a difficult one. If you don’t have sex with him, what is he intending to do, and are you happy with that ?
And taking HRT won’t necessarily bring it back.
The real question is how is your marriage otherwise ?
