Hello looking for advice re utrogestan. I've been on it nearly four months and I feel hellish the days I take it. I feel really low with negative thinking and my anxiety is awful I've had panic attacks for the first time in six years. The days I don't take it I feel fantastic mentally.

Has anyone else had the same experience? If so which progesterone did you switch too. Thanks

It's really common to feel like that- some women do.
One way round it is to use Utrogestan vaginally- just insert it (high as possible) last thing at night- but if you don't fancy that, ask your dr to change it to something else.

You might need to swap to patches although your dr could offer you Norethisterone (a different progestogen) as a tablet.
