Brain fog since starting hrt

Morning,

im just finishing up second month of evorel sequi. But in the last two weeks I’ve become really tired and groggy despite sleeping ok and my brain fog is awful. Didn’t really feel it was a symptom before going on hrt although sometimes forgot words. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve forgotten conversations I’ve had, when I’m reminded they feel like a dream or like I’ve been drunk (which I haven’t). Things feel vague and unfamiliar and I cannot concentrate and finish any tasks at work.

im freaking out. Is it relating to the hrt so you think? Or maybe covid or something.

would appreciate any opinions or advice.

I felt similar when using utrogestan as the progesterone part of my HRT.

Drunk the next day.

So it could be related to the progesterone patches.

And you could try going to utrogestan or the coil.

Thanks @Moredarkchocolateplease . That’s a big relief for me. I have got the ulstrogen prescription to start actually so glad that this might make a difference. I’ve been so worried about it 😫

Ah good luck then!

I've been on HRT since the start of January and have changed the strength of patch and delivery of progesterone 3 times each ( with GP agreement)
