Hi, I'm new here. I've been perimenopausal for about 4 years now, I'm 54.
I went to my doctor about my very heavy periods, the gaps between were getting longer. anyway after lots of tests she suggested hrt, she have prescribed Evorel sequi. I wasn't going to have any HRT as I was "coping" but apparently not lol. what's peoples views on this patch and side effects, I know everyone is different, I've read some get migraines and I'm prone to them but not so much recently so don't want to start getting them again.
thank you for any advise

I'm taking evorel sequi at the moment (I'm about to try another when I get my period). The only side effect I've had has been that my periods last longer and I've had crazy period pains like when I was a teenager. Aside from that it's been nothing but good. I am prone to occasional migraines but haven't had one since starting.
