Have been on hrt about 18 months and it has really helped with my symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, vaginal dryness etc. we are currently on holiday and I think the combination of swimming in sea/pool has caused a patch to fall off. Not sure when it came off but I was probably 2 or 3 days before I noticed. Replaced immediately yesterday evening but I have had an awful nights sleep and woke with that horrid anxious feeling in my stomach which I haven’t had jn months.
Patch is now firmly on but can symptoms really return so quickly or am I just imagining it?
