Im taking utrogestan vaginally daily, 2 pumps oestrogel, & 10 weeks ago added testogel pea sized amount daily. Sweats gone, but still feel up & down, mood cba type of mood, fatigue, disturbed sleep,no libido really have to push through the day, not much joy or excitement either, got a what's the point sort of attitude quite a lot of the time. And question everything in my head.
But on the plus this isnt all the time, goes through fazes.
The gel i get every month is always different packaging & there's a lot of controversy about this being slightly different ingredients & this would make sense to how i feel. Or could it be i need to up my dose or change my hrt?
Currently on the cylindrical bottle shape, & feel dreadful, got the flaggon orange square for next month, had the green square flaggon shape last month
Any help would be gratefully appreciated 🙏🏼

I think a specialists would suggest increasing the gel first- to 3 pumps- for a few weeks.

The other choice is to stop using Utrogestan daily and going onto a cycle with it (12 days per month.) You'd have a withdrawal bleed but you might not feel as bad as you do now, using it daily.

Thank you for reply.
Can i still do that after using it continuously for a year? And would i need to use 200mg daily for the 12 days?
I have to try something, im not feeling great & even considering antidepressants. I used to feel so motivated, now the complete opposite. Just want to sit in peace doing as little as possible. But again this comes & goes 🙆‍♀️ im so confused, and not easy to live with as my low mood effects everyone..

Yes, you can.

And it's 12 days x 200mgs.

Give it a go- nothing to lose and up your gel to 3?
