Rheal/Happy Mammoth etc?

Has anyone tried any of these 'tonics' etc? Do they work? I have got the Rheal Balance Tonic but it tastes rancid and I'm not great at remembering to take it so difficult to assess its efficacy!

I have looked at Hormone Harmony from Happy Mammoth but its quite pricey so wanted to seek opinions here before shelling out!

This is just my opinion but they are ridiculously expensive 'snake oil'. Read the list of ingredients. Many are vits and minerals you get from food and the rest are not proven in any way to help menopause symptoms. If they were, they'd be produced as pharmaceutical products and prescribed.

Thanks @JinglingSpringbells that was my concern - don't want to be paying a fortune for what is essentially a placebo!
