I've always been cold. Hot summer's day - I was the one wearing a jumper. In winter I generally wear 6-7 layers, always vests and long johns!
These hot flushes are horrendous - and I have no idea what to wear to make me feel more comfortable - because between them I am still cold!
How do other 'cold' people dress? I'm getting them every half hour or so, and through the night so I'm either freezing or dripping with sweat!
