Has anyone tried acupuncture ?
I don’t believe in it, but I’d be willing to give it a try, happy to be proved wrong.
Im thinking for the meh feelings, and anger.

I recommend you find a BAcC qualified acupuncturist that can also do Chinese herbal medicine. Disclaimer: I am an acupuncturist and this is how I’m dealing with my own symptoms.

Absolutely I had numerous hot flushes over night 1 acupuncture session cut it to 2 or 3 the second got rid of them.
I've had it after chemo when my arm was so badly effected I couldn't raise it to dress and continual migraines the medication and pain clinic didn't help over 4 years acupuncture did.

Then you know that she has been trained to degree level.

It’s one of the best therapies I’ve ever come across, helped me with loads of issues

It's an ancient practice that has helped many people with a wide range of concerns, both physical and emotional. While skepticism is natural, it's essential to approach it with an open mind.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body, which can stimulate the body's natural healing processes. For some, this has resulted in improved mood and emotional well-being.
Remember, trying something new can sometimes lead to unexpected positive outcomes. So, give it a shot, and I hope you find the relief you're seeking for those "meh" feelings and anger. Your journey toward well-being is worth the exploration!

I've booked onto a course of acupuncture for my menopausal symptoms. I had my second session yesterday and I slept better last night.
I still woke up with a hot flash/flush but I didn't seem to mind so much and went straight back to sleep.
I've ten sessions booked in but would consider more if they make a difference. My mood appears to have improved too, I feel more able to cope and not as angry.

Doesn't matter how or why it works, it could all be in my mind but I don't mind as long as it does the trick.

@jannier that's good to know. Im pleased that it worked for you.
I'm very hopeful about it. Which is so much better than the feelings of hopelessness I have had recently.
