Hi , I usually change my patch on a Thursday however yesterday I removed the old one but realised this morning that I didn’t put a new one on should I change it again on Sunday as usual

Yes, Put your new one on now and then change on Sunday as usual.

also done this, I totally forgot about replacing it, I didn't;t notice any huge symptom issues so don;t worry. Put it on and change on normal days.

I just change mine every 4 days and set a reminder on my phone, if I still forget I change it the next day and then 4 days after that. I've never had any effects from that.

I usually change my patch on a Thursday morning and noticed this morning that I had taken the old one off and not replaced it 🙈
