Bleeding when supposed to start utrogestan?

For some reason my period has come nearly 2 weeks early, right when I'm supposed to start utrogestan. There's no point trying to use it as it will flood straight out, should I just skip this month's or start when the bleeding stops?

I thought periods would get less frequent not more! I'm 48 and waiting for ablation/biopsy for heavy bleeding

It's tricky isn't it.

I changed patches last month and started bleeding on and off. I still popped the utro up for a while but gave up after 8 days as the bleeding was full on period.

I'm having a go on the coil next but if that's no good it will be vaginal utro for the forseeable.

You could take it orally.
Or take it around 15 days into your next cycle.

Thanks, I can't take it orally cos of PMDD and migraines so I'll just give it a miss this month
