I wondered if anyone had experienced bleeding on continuous hrt before (Utrogestan and oestragel) and how you solved it? I’m convinced it’s hormone / hrt related as I may have missed the prosgesterone one night and I’ve had problems in the past with bleeding on sequential hrt. When that happened I just started the 7 day break early but now I do t know what to do. It’s been going on for about 10 days. I’m tempted just to stop it for a couple of weeks and restart to ‘reset’.
I’m 47 and I’ve been taking hrt/the pill (as hrt) for about 13 years as I went through an early menopause in my thirties, but just been on combined hrt for about 8 months.
