Just started my second month of evorel sequi and haven't noticed much of a change so far - sleep perhaps starting to get slowly better but definitely moods seem more erratic and I've been very tired so I'm not a huge fan yet.
I have been suffering with some digestive symptoms though and I'm not sure if this is due to the patches. Quite a few spells of nausea, my heart burn has worsened and my bowels are, shall we say, a bit unpredictable. I have medication for the heartburn (family history of hiatus hernia - the joys!) which I know causes tummy issues . I also know gut issues are a common side effect of the patches so just wondering if others have had similar? Will mention it at my 3 month check up of course
