I started HRT about six months ago and it’s definitely helped with my mood swings, but not the absolute miracle I was hoping for!

Anyway when I’m pre-menstrual and fed up (like today!) and snappy with my kids, I was wondering if maybe I could have half a pump more? I don’t know if that’d do anything? Or maybe pms is just something I can’t ever get rid of until actual menopause! (I’m early 40s and peri.)

I have a mate who has an extra pump in the middle of the day if she is struggling. How many pumps do you do morning and evening - altogether?

I do four in the morning (nine in the evening).

I keep wondering if I should switch them to the evening - just for the sake of not having to let my legs dry before dressing etc!

Typo!! I do NONE in the evening, not nine!!
