Is it possible that HRT caused the above rather than helping?

I've had other health issues and was on HRT. I stopped HRT due to post menopausal bleeding.

I'm feeling much better, clearer, more motivated, energetic etc. I've lost weight.

I don't know whether it's a different treatment I've started or because of stopping HRT.

Can that happen?

I don’t have advice but I’ve been very up and down on HRT treatment as well and experiencing the things you describe. Currently trialling a decreased dose of oestrogen and slightly higher dose of progesterone.

I’ve just started HRT to try and find my motivation !

I upped my dose in search of motivation- I think I started for aches and pains and low energy.

I'm off it and feeling better but have started something else. Can't work out what the cause is!

Will be interesting to see if anyone else has similar experiences.

My ignorance has no idea if it's the P or the O that's the trouble maker!
