Is this a weird hot flush symptom or quite common?

I'm a few years into menopause now. At the start I had random hot flushes and now they are less frequent but I get them when I'm thinking hard. For instance, I was doing an online course and anytime we were doing a bit of practical coding, putting what we'd learned into practice, I would get a hot flush as I tried to think it through. Or I've started to dress make for the first time since I was in school and it's no effort to watch YouTube videos for technique but when I'm standing at the table trying to work out the right way to pin something together I get a flush. Inward flow of information seems fine, even if it's a bit complicated, it's the application of knowledge in a challenging situation that seems to set me off.

Am I just operating like an old, outdated computer getting a bit overheated when I think hard?
