Just that really, how soon after starting did you feel that your symptoms eased (assuming they did)?

Was there a period of settlement/adjustment and did any symptoms get worse before they got better?

I was approaching 50 or 51 when I had dreadful anxiety and balance issues and given stemitil and poo pooed the idea of menopause. At 52 I was struggling so much I went back and a new gp.
Got on HRT and never looked back.

I started to feel better within a couple of days. I couldn't quite believe it, tbh. I slept better, my joint aches vanished and I didn't need vagifem any more.

My sleep and night time palpitations/hot flushes improved within a week too. I wished I'd started taking it sooner.

Thread hijack question...I've never really had PMS or anything until my 40's I've been on hrt for about 6 months but now I am an evil but anxious witch the week before my period and I have absolute crushing exhaustion for a few days around the same time...does this mean I need a different dose anyone had similar?
