Between pessaires, internal creams and external creams my knickers are taking a hammering. I’m currently using panty liners but hate the waste, but can’t use period pants/cloth sanpro s the oils will bigger them up. Anyone found an eco solution?

Natracare are made without plastic. Available in supermarkets etc.

Thanks, I have some but just wondered if there was a completely reusable solution (or something I’ve not thought of!)

I wear period pants. Same issue with vaginal progesterone and ovestin.

They still absorb absolutely fine when I bleed or stress incontinence wee into them.

I just shove them all in on a hot wash and don't rinse them.

Marks and Spencer period pants.

If you are using paper panty liners- which natracare are- it's not any different to using loo paper.
