I've always been relatively lucky with acne, only getting the odd hormonal spot before my period. The past few months, I'm suspecting connected to being perimenopausal, my skin is getting worse and worse. I now have constant cystic acne, mainly around my nose and mouth. Has anyone had similar and found a good treatment? I've been on Oestrogel and a Mirena coil for nearly two years now. It's making me feel very self conscious.
